The principal objective of the project is to develop new tools of cultural dialogue and communication both between Palestine and Europe as well within Europe. The project offspace appears as a initiative that uses internet as a dynamic, democratic medium for creative moving of people.
The dialogue is about the continious modification of human identity against the background of the experiences with isolation and segregation.
The project is organized as a temporary transcultural artist group around the development of cultural diversity and the mobility of artists.
The participating Culture organisations of four countries look for their artists by a competition.
The selected artists will collectively create the conditions, where they can reach new areas in their expression.
The different expressions and cultural backgrounds give them a challenging starting point for artistic collaboration.
Through symposias, workshops and collaboration in a interactive communicationplatform, they create through their experiences a common ground and search in a process of mutual interventions modification of artistic material.
For the society this can evoke also new perspectives on their own culture and build bridges to the other one. The stimulation for the transcultural viewing through the local societies will be generated by exhibtions with public workshops and an open forum in the internet.
